enjoy the roomy, comfortable atmosphere of the Farmington
Chase clubhouse. The clubhouse is available to all residents
on weekdays and weekends.
The Club House is air conditioned and was recently redecorated. It includes a comfortable living room, and a kitchen complete with range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Tables and chairs are also available for setting up food and sit-down dining. The spacious deck with its gas grill and patio furniture is included with the rental of the Club House.
