LARGE GARBAGE PICK UP |
The Farmington Chase dumpsters are for regular household refuse, not for furniture, grills, propane tanks, carpet, old appliances, construction refuse, car/boat batteries, etc. The dumpsters are emptied every Friday morning. The following services have been used by the association for disposal of items not allowed in the dumpsters:
J W Green Company is a full service local scrap metal recycling facility located at 276 South Washington Street, Plainville (747-5514). Dispose of your old stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, BBQ grills, etc. There is no charge if you transport your items to their facility.
